Do You Accept Men and Women Applicants?

Yes. We accept anyone over 18 who is committed to making a positive change, regardless of gender, experience level, or age.

Will I Work With Jacob Directly?

Yes. Coach Jacob is the primary coach at CSFT and is currently onboarding new 1:1 clients.

How Individualized Are The Nutrition Guidelines?

We provide exact calories, macros, and sample meal plans tailored to your food preferences. It’s not a “starvation” or “no-carb” diet—balance and sustainability drive real results.

What Equipment Do I Need for Workouts?

Your training program is customized based on the equipment you have. You should at least have access to dumbbells.

How Long Are The Workouts?

They can range from 15 to 90 minutes depending on your schedule and goals.

How Are The Workouts Delivered?

Each month, you’ll receive your workouts via collaborative sheets, where both you and your Coach can log progress. You’ll also get an Exercise Guide with coaching cues, access to 60+ video exercise tutorials, and 24/7 communication for video feedback and form advice.

What Are The Weekly Check Ins?

Every week, you’ll fill out a customized questionnaire. Your Coach will send a 5–10 minute video reviewing your progress, suggesting adjustments, and providing motivation.

What Happens If I Mess Up On My Diet Or Don’t Complete A Workout?

You don’t have to be perfect. Fitness is about consistency over time. If you slip up, just refocus on your goals and keep going

How Much Weight Will I Lose?

It varies per individual and how aggressively you follow your plan. Most clients lose about 0.5 to 2 pounds per week on average.

What Is The Cancellation Policy?

We have a minimum commitment for all of our coaching services. After that, you can cancel at any time.
