ABOUT ME
WHO I HELP
I help attorneys and busy professionals. I work with people who are disciplined in their careers, but feel like they don’t have the time, structure, or clarity to make fitness work. These individuals have the drive and discipline to lead with confidence, but are lacking the systems, tools, and guidance to achieve lasting physical results.
WHAT I DO
I help these professionals create a sustainable fitness lifestyle that supports both their health and their careers. With my 1:1 coaching program, I provide simple strategies that remove the guesswork and fit seamlessly into daily life. My coaching is designed to increase: strength, confidence, and long-term balance.
WHY I DO IT
I teach the nutrition and fitness habits that no one learns in school - the real-world skills that allow busy professionals to thrive. My goal is to help you live a healthier, more confident life without sacrificing balance: enjoying your favorite foods, going out to eat, traveling, and still making consistent progress. I do this so you can build a lifestyle that enhances your career, your health, and your future.
MY PHILOSOPHY
A great fitness lifestyle is one that challenges you to grow stronger, improves both body and mind, creates lasting confidence, and adds energy to every area of your life. True health isn’t about restriction or extremes - it’s about building practical systems that let you enjoy balance: your career, your family, your favorite foods, and your social life. Through my 1:1 executive coaching, I show you how to build a body and lifestyle that supports this level of harmony.
MY VALUES
BALANCE
Fitness should support your life, not take it over. I believe in a lifestyle where career, health, and enjoyment all coexist.
PERFORMANCE
A stronger body creates a sharper mind. We believe fitness fuels confidence and performance inside and outside the office.
INTEGRITY
Integrity means doing what’s right, not what’s easy — staying direct, transparent, and professional every step of the way.
MY STORY
Part 1. The Missing Piece
I gave up fitness during my first semester of law school to focus entirely on my studies. I wanted to go “all in” and perform at my very best. But I quickly realized that more hours didn’t always equal more productivity. I was burning out, losing energy, and felt like I had sacrificed my health for my career.
Part 2. Solving a Problem
That’s when I went back to the drawing board. Drawing on my experience as a personal trainer, I built a system that focused only on what truly moved the needle. It was simple, clear, and practical for my lifestyle of balancing law school and part-time work. It gave me more energy, sharper focus, and a stronger physique - all while excelling in school.
Part 3. Back to the Start
After beginning my legal career, I noticed the same struggles in other attorneys around me. Brilliant, disciplined professionals who had let their health slip because they thought fitness required endless hours they didn’t have. I knew I had something that could help.
Part 4. The Pivot
That’s when I made the leap. I started coaching other professionals — beginning with attorneys like me — to help them reclaim their energy, strength, and confidence without sacrificing their careers or families. What started as helping a few colleagues quickly grew into a full-fledged coaching practice.
Part 5. Common Sense Fitness
Today, Common Sense Fitness exists to make fitness practical for high-performing professionals. My mission is simple: to help attorneys and busy professionals transform their bodies and minds with time-efficient workouts, flexible nutrition, and the accountability needed to succeed. Because when you take control of your fitness, you gain an edge in every area of life.
