The Coaching Process
First, we start with an in-depth strategy session where I learn everything about your schedule, stress load, lifestyle, and goals. The more context I have, the more precisely I can design a plan that integrates into your life without disrupting your career.
Second, I’ll build you a time-efficient strength training program customized to your goals, experience level, and available equipment. You’ll never have to guess what to do—just show up, execute, and know it’s moving you forward.
Third, I’ll lay out a simple but powerful nutrition system tailored to your goal—whether that’s fat loss, muscle growth, or body recomposition—without forcing you to give up client dinners or your social life.
Fourth, every week, we’ll assess what’s working, where you’re improving, and where we can refine. You’ll get hands-on feedback, clear next steps, and ongoing accountability so you don’t stall or spin your wheels.
Fifth, each month, we’ll hop on a live call to zoom out and assess your broader progress—mentally, physically, and logistically. We’ll identify patterns, anticipate challenges, and make strategic adjustments so you stay ahead of the curve.
Sixth, we measure progress across the board—not just your weight . We’ll measure performance, energy, sleep, mindset, physical progress, and lifestyle wins—because real transformation goes beyond the scale.
By the end of this process, you won’t just have results—you’ll have skills. You’ll understand how to manage your fitness with clarity and confidence for the rest of your life.
